Please note, personalized items, items on sale and gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged because of change of mind.
Returns / Exchanges - Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you have purchased online and you’d like to request a return or exchange, due to a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us with your order number and email hello@hjconline.com.au detailing the reason for the return/exchange.

Please note, if 30 days have passed since your online purchase was made, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns / Exchanges - Change of Mind
If you have purchased online and you’d like to request a return or exchange, due to change of mind (for products that have not been personalised), please contact us with your order number and email hello@hjconline.com.au detailing the reason for the return/exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed in 3-5 working days and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you are approved for an exchange, an online gift card will be processed in 3-5 working days and sent to you via your email.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged/replaced product to reach you, may vary.
We recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
