How long does it take to receive my personalised gift order?
Typically, orders take 2 weeks to complete however a lot of our customers receive their orders within 7 days. We will keep you updated via email on the progress of your order.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the current Australia post shipping times.
Can you arrange for an order to be delivered on a particular day?
Yes, we are more than happy to help with that. We understand that a lot of our orders are for special occasions and are required to be delivered on a certain day. Please write a note stating the required date when placing your order and we will contact you to organise details.

This will depend on our current workload and production times however on a usual week we can usually accommodate these requests.
Where is HJC Online based?
We are Australian!
We embroider all our gifts on site in Melbourne using Joy’s embroidery machines. Hayley does all the operations and socials online from her home in Perth.

What if I can’t find what I want on the website?
We would be more than happy to help with any request that you may have. We pride ourselves on being flexible and adaptable for our customers and our customer’s needs.
We have had many orders from our customers that were not yet on the website. If you have a specific idea of what you want, please feel free to contact Hayley on our Instagram or Facebook page or send her an email at hello@hjconline.com.au.
Hayley will then either add it on the website for you to order or she will process your order separately. Either way we can make your visions a reality.
